GIPS - A graphical frontend for ipc

This is in a very early stage of development. I'm currently working on a graphical version of the isottopic pattern calculator. At the moment only the very basic functionality is implemented, i.e. you can calculate the battern of a chemical sum formula.

All other features of the console version will be implemented in the future ( and I also have some ideas for further features).
